By providing the above-required information, your replacement will be processed within 2 business days.
For only-returned orders, we will issue a full refund of the original order within 2 business day after our confirmation. Please note that the confirmation process may take up to 3 business days to complete.

You can request a full refund or a partial refund for any of the following situations & scenarios:

For minor product defects, shipping damage, and the like, the amount to be refunded is negotiable.
Missing orders (failed to be delivered within 3 weeks or further) will be refunded in full.
If you are approved for a full or partial refund, then the refund will be processed based on the payment method you used to pay for the order. Is Ozone compatible with all phones?

Not all phones will magnetically align with the Ozone power banks. Therefore, we have included the dimensions in relation to the magnetic ring in the Technical Specification tab above, so you can check if your phone/case is compatible.

Ozone 3K power bank has a longer/taller design (for iPhone Air) and may hang off the bottom of the phone. Please see our approved compatibility lists above for both Ozone models.

For non-MagSafe phones (Qi1 technology) or older models (iPhone 11 and earlier, or other Android devices), please use a magnetic phone case or magnetic MagSafe-compatible sticker.

How much charge does the Ozone power bank add to iPhone?

We designed the Ozone power banks to be "battery top-up" devices that keep your phone going at the end of a long day without adding bulk. The Ozone 3K can be expected to add over 60% of battery life to an iPhone Air, while the 5K model will add over 100%.

Battery life depends on your device and usage.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we will ship the Ozone™ power banks worldwide. However, if you do not see your country as an option for delivery, please bear with us as we are setting up shipping providers specifically for this power bank.

So no matter where you are, you can get yours delivered right to your doorstep.

Is the Ozone power bank safe to use on airplanes?

Yes, the Ozone power bank is safe to bring and use on airplanes, provided you follow airline and regulatory guidelines. Power banks, including the Ozone, contain lithium-ion batteries and must be carried in your carry-on baggage only. They are not allowed in checked luggage. This is a safety measure enforced by the FAA and TSA to reduce fire risks during flights

Most airlines permit you to bring power banks that are under 100Wh, which covers typical power banks like the Ozone models. You can also usually charge your power bank during the flight using the aircraft’s power outlets, but always follow crew instructions and airline policies.

Why is this product a "Pre-order"?

The Ozone power banks are currently offered as a pre-order because we are finalizing production and preparing to deliver the highest quality product to our customers and retailers.

Pre-ordering allows us to gauge demand accurately and ensure that we manufacture enough units to meet that demand without compromising on quality. This approach also helps us keep costs down and offer exclusive pricing to early supporters. Once production is complete, we will begin shipping the power banks as scheduled (April, 2026).
