The Kopplen 13-in-1 Laptop Stand Docking Station (Series 6) is a versatile connectivity solution designed to meet the needs of users with newer USB-C accessories. It offers a comprehensive range of ports to support daily workflows while also functioning as a laptop riser to improve ergonomics and cooling.

This model includes dual 4K HDMI ports (supporting 30Hz and 60Hz), a DisplayPort (4K at 60Hz), 2 USB-A 3.0 ports (up to 5Gbps), and four USB-C ports — three for data transfer (up to 5Gbps) and one with 100W Power Delivery for charging laptops and other compatible devices. This configuration is well-suited for users with USB-C peripherals or newer devices that prioritize USB-C connectivity.

An RJ45 Ethernet port offers stable wired internet with speeds up to 1,000Mbps, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack enables clear input and output for calls or multimedia tasks. The docking station supports triple display setups, allowing you to extend or mirror your desktop across multiple monitors for improved productivity and multitasking.

Its aluminum construction provides structural durability and passive heat dissipation. With its elevated stand design, it enhances airflow beneath your laptop while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This version is particularly suited to users with a mix of legacy and modern USB-C devices who require flexibility, reliability, and efficient use of space.

Compatible with Mac, Windows, and Chrome devices. Supports devices with Thunderbolt 4 ports, Thunderbolt 3 ports, and USB-C capabilities. Due to macOS limitations, MST Mode will only work on Windows devices.

Delivery Time:

To Canada, 1–8 business days (order processing time included).
To the USA, 2–9 business days (order processing time included).

We do our best to ensure punctual delivery of your orders, though the rare cases of 1-2 day delayed orders may occur. If your order comes delayed for more than 1 week, a 10% refund of your order price will be refunded. If it is delayed for 3 weeks or longer, your order will be refunded in full of the original order price.

1. In case you need to return your order within 30 days of purchase upon delivery, please send us your order details (with the problem specified) to: support@kopplen.com. We'll respond within 2 business day to confirm or address your issue.
2. The shipping fee for orders to be returned & exchanged within 30 days of order delivery will be covered by us.

30-day return & exchange eligibility is subject to the below situations and scenarios only:

1. Defective order received
2. Damaged order received
3. Product quality issue. 
4. Different products received.
5. Missing parts or components.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Packages of cusotmers' that are returned to us by the carrier due to its incomplete or incorrect addresses, or if the recipient refuses to receive the delivery,.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to request and fulfill a return or exchange

2. Customer will also be informed via email if the return request is rejected.

4. Item must be packed in the original packaging with its accessories and components included.
5. After receiving a replacement piece or set, the previous piece or set (if we did not require you to return it) needs to be destroyed. A video and picture proof will be required to show the damaged piece or set. Failing to do so, you will not be qualified for future replacements. By providing the above-required information, your replacement will be processed within 2 business days.
6. For only-returned orders, we will issue a full refund of the original order within 2 business day after our confirmation. Please note that the confirmation process may take up to 3 business days to complete.

You can request a full refund or a partial refund for any of the following situations & scenarios:

1. For minor product defects, shipping damage, and the like, the amount to be refunded is negotiable.
2. Missing orders (failed to be delivered within 3 weeks or further) will be refunded in full. 
3. If you are approved for a full or partial refund, then the refund will be processed based on the payment method you used to pay for the order. If you pay for your order with PayPal, then the refunded amount will be refunded to your PayPal account, likewise, refunds will be sent back to your original account paid for your order.
4. All refunds will be issued within 2 business day upon confirmation. Please be aware that it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
