Kopplen's warehouse is based in Canada, and ships to Canada and the United States only. All orders are traceable with the link showcased at the page's footer, or in the Support drop-down in the website's top navigation.
Processing Time:
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Ontario Time) will be processed on the same business day, or they will be processed for shipping the next business day.
Shipping to Canada:
We ship orders to Canada through Canada Post, with multiple shipping channels available. Some shipping channels' shipping time/rates can be calculated automatically by order weight and destinations, others display definitive shipping time and postages.

Delivery Time:
To Canada, 1–8 business days (order processing time included). To the United States, 2–9 business days (order processing time included). All items will be traceable for your peace of mind.
We do our best to ensure punctual delivery of your orders, though the rare cases of 1-2 day delayed orders may occur. If your order comes delayed for more than 1 week, a 10% refund of your order price will be refunded. If it is delayed for 3 weeks or longer, your order will be refunded in full of the original order price.
Tax:
To comply with the laws and regulations of Canada and the USA, we implement our duty to collect tax on orders shipped to Canada and the USA. Please note we are not liable or responsible for the tariff of the order shipped to the USA.
Canceling an Order:
We always try our best to cancel your order as soon as we can. Please send your request via email to support@kopplen.com or chat with us online directly.
We can cancel your order only if the request is made within the time that your order has not been processed yet. Please be aware that we do process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to cancel your order.
Canceling your order will be free of charge.

Where do you ship to?

Our warehouse is based in Canada.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders ship throughout Canada will take 3–7 business days before arriving, and orders ship to the USA will take 5-7 business days. 1 day of order processing time is included.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account if you’d like to check your order history, have your shopping basket items and payment details automatically saved for easy next shopping.
My device is charging slowly, is there something wrong?
There are several factors that can contribute to your device charging more slowly than expected. The speed at which a device charges is influenced by numerous factors, with the most significant being the current battery usage. For instance, if you are actively using your phone while it charges—especially at maximum brightness, with Bluetooth and WiFi enabled—it will charge much more slowly compared to leaving it idle on a desk.
Introduced in iOS 13, this feature can dramatically slow down charging when the battery reaches 80% in order to preserve long-term battery health. This trade-off may or may not be desirable depending on the user's needs.
If you want to disable the Optimized Battery Charging feature on an iOS device, you can do so by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Optimized Battery Charging and turning it off.
Overall, understanding the factors that impact charging speed, such as battery drain and size, as well as any software-driven battery optimization features, can help you troubleshoot and improve the charging experience on your device.
What to do if my item is broken/defective?
We do our best to get your order to you in flawless condition, but mistakes can occur.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer you a solution. A free 30-day return, refund, and exchange policy is available.
Device is getting hot when charging, is this normal?
It's perfectly normal for your device to heat up during charging.
Generally, electronic devices can withstand higher temperatures than what feels warm or hot to human skin. Most devices and chargers come equipped with built-in temperature sensors that help monitor and manage charging temperatures, ensuring that they remain within safe limits to prevent any potential damage.
Kopplen's cables and wireless chargers have undergone rigorous safety testing to ensure their reliability and performance.
Do you offer returns & refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day free return & refund policy.
A partial refund may also apply depending on various situations, only if both parties reach an agreement on the amount to be refunded, will it be issued.
