At Kopplen, we offer a 12-month warranty (5-year warranty on our office chairs). If you need our support and service, please feel free to email us: support@kopplen.com or get in touch with us in any other form provided on our website.
This warranty applies to already sold physical goods only.
Please note that if you need to send your products to us for service after 30 days of your order delivery, you are to cover the shipping fee back and forth.
Below are the detailed terms of our warranty coverage:
1. Prior to providing warranty service, Kopplen may demand you to provide proof of purchase to be sent to us. We may also require customers to send photos/videos of defects/quality issues with their products for us to confirm.
2. Our warranty does not cover damage or loss after order delivery resulting from accidents, misuse or abuse, a lack of reasonable care by the user, theft, or missing items.
3. Unauthorized repair, modification, or customization of your product voids the warranty. Note that the cost of installation of our products is not covered by warranty.
4. We may charge a fee for service and technical support with a price negotiable in the first place with our customers if the 12 month warranty has gone invalid.
5. The product must be purchased from us to be entitled with after sales service and warranty coverage. All orders sold by Kopplen reseller or distributors will be provided with solutions by them.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. We are planning to expand our reach in the near future. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we can ship to you.

Our warehouse is based in Canada.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders ship throughout Canada will take 3–7 business days before arriving, and orders ship to the USA will take 5-7 business days. 1 day of order processing time is included.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account if you’d like to check your order history, have your shopping basket items and payment details automatically saved for easy next shopping.
My device is charging slowly, is there something wrong?
There are several factors that can contribute to your device charging more slowly than expected. The speed at which a device charges is influenced by numerous factors, with the most significant being the current battery usage. For instance, if you are actively using your phone while it charges—especially at maximum brightness, with Bluetooth and WiFi enabled—it will charge much more slowly compared to leaving it idle on a desk.
Introduced in iOS 13, this feature can dramatically slow down charging when the battery reaches 80% in order to preserve long-term battery health. This trade-off may or may not be desirable depending on the user's needs.
If you want to disable the Optimized Battery Charging feature on an iOS device, you can do so by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Optimized Battery Charging and turning it off.
Overall, understanding the factors that impact charging speed, such as battery drain and size, as well as any software-driven battery optimization features, can help you troubleshoot and improve the charging experience on your device.
What to do if my item is broken/defective?
We do our best to get your order to you in flawless condition, but mistakes can occur.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer you a solution. A free 30-day return, refund, and exchange policy is available.
Device is getting hot when charging, is this normal?
It's perfectly normal for your device to heat up during charging.
Generally, electronic devices can withstand higher temperatures than what feels warm or hot to human skin. Most devices and chargers come equipped with built-in temperature sensors that help monitor and manage charging temperatures, ensuring that they remain within safe limits to prevent any potential damage.
Kopplen's cables and wireless chargers have undergone rigorous safety testing to ensure their reliability and performance.
Do you offer returns & refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day free return & refund policy.
A partial refund may also apply depending on various situations, only if both parties reach an agreement on the amount to be refunded, will it be issued.
