If your order comes delayed for more than 1 week, a 10% refund of your order price will be refunded. If it is delayed for 3 weeks or longer, your order will be refunded in full of the original order price.

You can request a full refund or a partial refund for any of the following situations & scenarios:

1. For minor product defects, shipping damage, and the like, the amount to be refunded is negotiable.
2. Missing orders (failed to be delivered within 3 weeks or further) will be refunded in full. 
3. If you are approved for a full or partial refund, then the refund will be processed based on the payment method you used to pay for the order. If you pay for your order with PayPal, then the refunded amount will be refunded to your PayPal account, likewise, refunds will be sent back to your original account paid for your order.
4. All refunds will be issued within 2 business day upon confirmation. Please be aware that it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
