When will you manufacture and ship Ozone™ power banks?

We will begin manufacturing the Ozone power banks in late February, once the majority of backer orders are confirmed. Our current estimated timeline aims for manufacturing and shipping to customers in April 2026.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind after placing your order, simply let us know as soon as possible. Since production depends on confirmed orders, timely communication helps us manage manufacturing accurately.

Once your order is placed and manufacturing begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we will ship the Ozone™ power banks worldwide. However, if you do not see your country as an option for delivery, please bear with us as we are setting up shipping providers specifically for this power bank.

So no matter where you are, you can get yours delivered right to your doorstep.

Why is this product a "Pre-order"?

We are finalizing production and preparing to deliver the highest quality product to our customers and retailers. Pre-ordering allows us to gauge demand accurately and ensure that we manufacture enough units to meet that demand without compromising on quality.

Since this project originally launched on Kickstarter, the pre-order model naturally carries over from that platform, where backers supported the product before full production could begin. Once production is complete, we will begin shipping the power banks as scheduled (April, 2026).
