The Kopplen 13-in-1 Laptop Stand Docking Station is designed to provide streamlined connectivity and efficient workstation setup for users who require multiple peripheral connections. It features a total of 13 ports, including two HDMI outputs (supporting 4K at 30Hz and 60Hz), one DisplayPort (4K at 60Hz), four USB 3.0 ports (up to 5Gbps), and one USB-C port (also up to 5Gbps, compatible with USB 2.0).

The USB-C Power Delivery port supplies up to 100W of charging power, which is sufficient for powering most modern laptops and fast-charging compatible devices. A built-in RJ45 Ethernet port offers a stable wired internet connection with speeds up to 1,000Mbps, ideal for uninterrupted downloads, streaming, or conference calls. The integrated 3.5mm audio jack supports both microphone and headphone functions for clear audio input and output.

The device also serves as a laptop stand, elevating your device for improved posture, airflow, and desk organization. It is constructed with a durable aluminum housing that helps with heat dissipation and longevity. This docking station supports triple display setups, making it suitable for multitasking across multiple screens, video editing, gaming, or extended work sessions.

Compatible with Mac, Windows, and Chrome devices. Supports devices with Thunderbolt 4 ports, Thunderbolt 3 ports, and USB-C capabilities. Due to macOS limitations, MST Mode will only work on Windows devices.

Delivery Time:

We do our best to ensure punctual delivery of your orders, though the rare cases of 1-2 day delayed orders may occur. If your order comes delayed for more than 1 week, a 10% refund of your order price will be refunded. If it is delayed for 3 weeks or longer, your order will be refunded in full of the original order price.

1. In case you need to return your order within 30 days of purchase upon delivery, please send us your order details (with the problem specified) to: support@kopplen.com. We'll respond within 2 business day to confirm or address your issue.
2. The shipping fee for orders to be returned & exchanged within 30 days of order delivery will be covered by us.

30-day return & exchange eligibility is subject to the below situations and scenarios only:

1. Defective order received
2. Damaged order received
3. Product quality issue. 
4. Different products received.
5. Missing parts or components.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Packages of cusotmers' that are returned to us by the carrier due to its incomplete or incorrect addresses, or if the recipient refuses to receive the delivery,.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to request and fulfill a return or exchange

1. Customers MUST contact us at support@Kopplen.com first for a return/exchange request.
2. Customer will also be informed via email if the return request is rejected.
3. If the return is accepted, you are required to return your order back to our warehouse in Canada: 361 Alden Road, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Zip code: L3R 3L4,  Phone NO: +1 905-940-2889   Receipient: Kopplen
4. Item must be packed in the original packaging with its accessories and components included.
5. After receiving a replacement piece or set, the previous piece or set (if we did not require you to return it) needs to be destroyed. A video and picture proof will be required to show the damaged piece or set. Failing to do so, you will not be qualified for future replacements. By providing the above-required information, your replacement will be processed within 2 business days.
6. For only-returned orders, we will issue a full refund of the original order within 2 business day after our confirmation. Please note that the confirmation process may take up to 3 business days to complete.

You can request a full refund or a partial refund for any of the following situations & scenarios:

1. For minor product defects, shipping damage, and the like, the amount to be refunded is negotiable.
2. Missing orders (failed to be delivered within 3 weeks or further) will be refunded in full. 
3. If you are approved for a full or partial refund, then the refund will be processed based on the payment method you used to pay for the order. If you pay for your order with PayPal, then the refunded amount will be refunded to your PayPal account, likewise, refunds will be sent back to your original account paid for your order.
4. All refunds will be issued within 2 business day upon confirmation. Please be aware that it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
