Kopplen Power Bank - Stopped Working

Don't buy this - or other products from this company. This is the second time a product stopped working. I purchased this expensive product at Best Buy in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, in November 2023. It stopped working in February 2024. It's basically an expensive rubberized paperweight. What a piece of junk! Returning this defective product to Best Buy is a waste of time. I'll be warning people on other social platforms about this junk.
