I bought 10 of these for my crews who need their phones to work 24/7. They work amazing for about 2 months, only had to charge them once a week to get up to 10 charges on the phones. Now 4 of the ten are flashing "0" and there is no manual to tell what it means or if it is still taking a charge. Very frustrating.

Bought 10 days ago when I first got it it was at 2 now it’s stuck on two and won’t charge ten days later no idea no instructions kinda erking me

Good so far

I have had many power banks I usually get two 10,000mah but decided to try this one, this is is feels really nice, seems to charge fine.
My only concern is the USBC seems a little bit loose for my liking.
I'm wondering if this is normal or abnormal.

How do you charge the battery bank when depleted

I have tried a few ways to charge the power bank without success.
Cannot find any instructions on line to assist.

It is a beast

I can recharge my iPhone 12 Pro Max 5 times before, I need to start thinking about recharging the power bank. It takes 24 hours to recharge, but I can get at least 3 days per charge. I own one. I would recommend. I am considering buying a third.
